We invite you to enjoy a gastronomic experience in the heart of a modernist winery, a true Cathedral of Wine with more than 100 years of history. This century-old building, built at the beginning of the 20th century, is a jewel of Catalan architectural heritage and a living testament to the winemaking tradition of the territory. Imposing vaults, elegant arches, original tanks and charming architectural details create an atmosphere that captivates from the first moment.
The activity begins with a guided tour of the winery, where you will discover the history of the building, its heritage value and the fundamental role it has played in the production of wine for generations. Walking through this Cathedral of Wine is like taking a journey back in time, connecting with the collective effort, the peasant culture and the soul of the Priorat.
Then comes the most awaited moment: you can taste our Vermouth de la Cooperativa , made with care and character, together with two of the wines we currently produce, representative of the territory and our style. All accompanied by a small typical snack, which enhances the flavors and turns the vermouth into a complete experience.
